I agree with the fact that the English used in this book is a little confusing, probably because this is not the writer's mother language. It may be a book which may give you good background in the operational risks but could not give you a practical examples to use in practice.. Everything is at low power. First, the content is five stars! The Kindle e-book version is a joke! In the Kindle version you cannot go to the table of contents from within the book.
