The title is somewhat misleading.This book is written from an attorney's point-of-view and is more diagnostic in nature the author describes situations but does not provide realistic suggestions for how to deal with bullying on-the-job other than through legal actions or formal channels. Although these activities are important, the examples of these extraordinary companies show that it is much more important to build a culture and work system that enables all people to use their talents and develop their talents.
