this book is full of grammatical errors--you cannot even follow the English. The information contained in these three chapters alone make buying the book worthwhile. This left me wishing that the author had at least done some 'everyday life' research on his own, but there isn't much in this respect aside from a few personal anecdotes. At times, I felt that the author might have intentionally made the strategic learning difficult so that the reader would hire her for consultation.
