There is one minor de-merit which the book is too concentrate on United Kingdom situation. This cookbook is fantastic and helpful. We never had great success with point systems or focusing on one food group at the expense of others.There's one thing about this diet that really amazed (and pleased) us. The way that she shares her story is inspiring in so many ways. Even in "Chapter 17: Advanced Coding and Memory Handling", there is barely any mention of heap and stack (SRAM) versus static (flash) memory. What it doesn't cover is possibilities of self-employment - what would it take to run your own flight school, charter operation, crop dusting enterprise etc. The book was offered free, but I would have gladly purchased it.. I think the standard yellow caution would be better.This is a great book and Arduino is an outstanding product for beginners to continue an interest or develop a new interest in electronics/programming..
