These photos are beautiful and aptly illustrate the vocabulary while capturing the attention of even the youngest Arabic language learner!  Many of the series photos use images that would be quickly recognized by the reader; for example, Fruits has excellent photos of apples, kiwis, and peaches, etc. They are an excellent resource for family members to learn together!  In order to offer manageable learning, the sentences are:

  • consistent,
  • limited, vocabulary

And I've given up on trying to return it to the book shelf -- I use it so often that it sits within easy reach on my table most of the time. Both she and I have seen lots of changes in our lives but mine has been richer for having the pleasure of her words. O'Reilly and Pfeffer organize their material within a series of chapters, each of which (presented as a case history) focuses on eight exemplary companies (e.g. When I pick up/buy a book called "Hairy" with a hairy man on the cover I don't expect the pages to also include furry dogs, vegetation that gives the illusion of "hairy" or anything else that eludes to a hairy body. I enjoy this book.It's read to talk to your class about some of the bible stories. If you aren't a fan of the series, now is the time. Also, why in the world did the author think that thirty-three pages of mostly repetitive information was of more interest than full-page images showing the unique interiors of this great vessel?Argh!!!!!!. If you want to cook something, you could refer the book and do what it says.. He told me that the last time he had been fishing was fifteen years before, with his dad. There is so much important information that I found in this book and its only about 200 pages. Stephen J. Its a must-read book,
