I don’t recall it being too scary, however I’d stick with the publisher recommendation of ages 10+/grade 5+.just for comprehension. It appears to be written from the perspective of someone who has not actually had the experiences the author describes or the experiences of working in a company and actually having dealt successfully with bullies.Surface level data and facts are offered along with obvious examples, eg Leona Helmsley, but the book lacks practical and realistic ways to handle the day-to-day bully, especially if you want to keep your job.. If you want to learn things that only pros know about the industry, get this one.. The author did himself a great injustice!. The title is somewhat misleading.This book is written from an attorney's point-of-view and is more diagnostic in nature the author describes situations but does not provide realistic suggestions for how to deal with bullying on-the-job other than through legal actions or formal channels. What can I say? Jean is so honest when she writes and I truly love this quality in her latest
